Ingredients for Oreo Balls Christmas Style
You only need a few simple ingredients to whip up this holiday classic:
- 2 sleeves of Oreos (about 26 cookies)
- 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened
- Dark cocoa melting chocolate
- Red melting chocolate
- Green melting chocolate
- Christmas sprinkles
- 2 pastry bags
- Parchment paper

How to Make Chocolate Covered Oreo Balls
These no-bake Oreo balls are the perfect make-ahead treat. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Crush & Mix
Place the Oreos into a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and mix with softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like texture.

Step 2: Roll & Freeze
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Freeze overnight (or at least a few hours) so they’re nice and firm for dipping.
Step 3: Dip in Chocolate
Melt the dark cocoa chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate until completely coated, then return them to the parchment paper to dry.

Step 4: Decorate
Once the chocolate coating is dry, melt the red and green chocolates separately, using the same microwave method. Spoon the melted chocolate into pastry bags, snip off a small tip, and drizzle over each Oreo ball.
While the drizzle is still wet, add your Christmas sprinkles for that extra holiday sparkle!
Let them set completely—and then get ready to wow your friends and family!
