  • 1 package breaded chicken tenders prepared
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz sliced deli ham
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Chopped parsley optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
  • Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the entire sheet of rolls intact.

  • Layer the prepared breaded chicken tenders over the mayo mixture, then place four slices of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Add the sliced deli ham over the Swiss cheese, then top with the remaining four slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on to complete the sliders.
  • In another small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic salt. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.
