Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the entire sheet of rolls intact.
Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer the prepared breaded chicken tenders over the mayo mixture, then place four slices of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.
Add the sliced deli ham over the Swiss cheese, then top with the remaining four slices of Swiss cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls on to complete the sliders.
In another small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic salt. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, slice, and serve warm.
