Crispix Muddie Buddies
Delicious no-bake Muddy Buddies snack mix with chocolate, peanut butter and cereal coated in powdered sugar. Great for snacking, gifting or any get-together!

Ingredients
- 9 cups Crispix cereal
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the semi sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the Crispix cereal into a large mixing bowl, then add the chocolate mixture. Very gently toss with a large spoon or spatula until the cereal is coated in the chocolate.
- Add the powdered sugar to the bowl and very gently toss with a spoon until the cereal is completed coated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy.
Notes
Instead of mixing in a bowl, try pouring the chocolate mixture coated cereal into a large zip top bag and add the powdered sugar then shake to coat.
The chocolate, peanut butter, and butter can be melted together in a pot on the stove over medium heat instead of using a microwave.
