Why You’ll Love These Sweet & Salty Bites

  • Quick to Make: Just 15 minutes from start to finish.
  • Budget-Friendly: Uses pantry staples.
  • Holiday-Ready: Great for gifting, snacking, or party trays.
  • Easy to Customize: Try different pretzel shapes or flavored chocolates.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 10 oz white chocolate melting wafers
We love Ghirardelli’s, but any quality white chocolate will do!
  • 1 bag of pretzels
Twists or snaps both work—just make sure they’re small enough to coat easily.
  • 3/4 cup sugar
    Sweetens things up just right.
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Brings that signature cinnamon roll flavor.
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
Helps the cinnamon sugar stick to the pretzels.

How to Make Cinnamon Roll Pretzels

These are so easy, fun, and delicious!

Step 1: Coat the pretzels

Melt the butter for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Let it cool slightly, then pour it into a large zip-top bag. Add the pretzels and shake until they’re evenly coated.

Step 2: Add the cinnamon sugar

In a separate zip-top bag, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Transfer the butter-coated pretzels into this bag and shake until well coated.

Step 3: Bake and drizzle

Spread the coated pretzels onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl using the defrost setting for 2 minutes. Stir, then heat for another 90 seconds until fully melted and smooth.

Drizzle the white chocolate over the pretzels. Let dry completely, then break into clusters and serve.
